Hours Count Report (Guaranteed Tuition)

At any time, you can check the count of hours assigned to each course, teacher, and group in your schedule. To do this, access the generated schedule and click on Report > Guaranteed Tuition.

Once inside, you can filter the hours count by weeks or for the entire course using the top bar, viewing the details by group, teacher, or subject.

If you select a group, you will see all the subjects being taught:

At this point, you can view the total number of lessons, planned time, actual duration, and the breakdown by day, as well as the total sum for each column.

You can also select a specific week to view the weekly count.

If you select a teacher, you will see all the subjects and meetings they are involved in.

If you select a subject, you will see the count of all the data by groups and teachers.

This report is very useful for ensuring that the final generated schedule aligns with the school’s curricular planning.

Days Count Report for Periods (Days Count)

This report allows for an automatic count of the days present in each period and the total number of days.

This report is only used when the school has configured different periods in the Schedule Settings section > Days count.

Teacher Occupancy Report (Duty Assignment)

This report shows the occupancy of each teacher in relation to their total working hours, as configured in Schedule Settings.

For example, if the school has set 40 weekly teaching hours (2,400 minutes/week), this report will display the percentage of occupancy for each teacher concerning these 40 weekly hours. If a teacher is at 25%, it means they are occupying 25% of their schedule with classes, while the remaining 75% is free, with no assigned classes.

Additionally, for each teacher, the courses they teach and the weekly duration in minutes of each will be displayed for a quick breakdown.

This report is very useful to verify that teachers are carrying out the correct percentage of class occupancy, as planned and agreed upon.
