App version update

Not updated to the latest version on Android or iOS? Here's how to fix it.

Occasionally, an app version update implies some changes in the synchronization process. When this happens, the user must install the latest update to be able to synchronize. 

In this situation, a message about updating the current version may pop up, but the update isn't available in Google Play o App Store yet. 

This may occur because the latest update is not available in Google and Apple servers yet, as this is likely to take some time. If this is the case, we strongly suggest to wait a few hours until it's ready. 

If the update doesn't appear after several hours, you can try this: 

Android

  • App complete shutdown, verify the app isn't allocated in the memory. 
  • App shutdown from Google Play.
  • Reopen Google Play and search for Additio's update.

IOS

  • App complete shutdown, verify the app isn't allocated in the memory. 
  • App shutdown from App Store.
  • Restart your device.
  • When you restart your device, open App Store and search for Additio's update. Al iniciar de nuevo el dispositivo, abrir el App Store y buscar la actualización de Additio.
