Share and import structures

Share structures: 

Access a group in Additio App > 3 vertical dots > Share/Copy > Share group structure.

To share a structure you need to add a name and the description of the structure you're sharing, the name of the structure will be displayed in the list of Center shares for teachers to import it. By default, the option Share structure with my school colleagues is active so that all the teachers of the center can use this structure. You can also select the tabs or columns you want to share or share the whole structure of the group.

Press Share and the structure will be shared. Also a code is generated automatically in case you want to share it only with a particular teacher.

Import structures:

To import a shared structure: access a group > 3 vertical dots > Share/Copy > Import structure to the group.

Then you can select if you want to import a structure shared with all the center, listed in Center shares tab, or if you want to import the structure by code.

Once you select the structure from the list a new message will pop up asking for confirmation. Press OK to confirm.
