Share and import rubrics

Share rubrics:

To share a rubric: Assessment tools > Rubrics > 3 vertical dots > Share rubrics.

As we did previously with the feature of sharing a structure you need to write a name for the shared rubric and the description. By default, the option Share the rubrics with my fellow teachers is active so that all the teachers in the center can use this shared rubric. Once all the information is completed, press Share for other teachers to import it.

Otherwise, a code will be generated in case you want to share the rubric to a specific teacher.

Import rubrics:

To import rubrics: access the rubrics list > 3 vertical dots > Import shared rubrics.

Then you can choose if you want to import a rubric shared for the center and so the rubric will be listed in Center shares tab or import by code.

Once you've selected the rubric from the list a message will pop up for confirmation. Press OK to confirm.
